WIre harness

We can custom build harnesses to our customer's specifications no matter how simple or complex and no matter how many or how few. Whether your harness requires the us of on e of the many types of discrete wire or the us of multi-conductor cable, we can build it and have the capacity to utilize most terminals and connectors. If your harness requires fuses, diodes, relays, or any other components, we can do that also. We can also provide secondary operations as well which include but limited to additional assembly, sonic welding, soldering, pad printing and wire covering to protect your harness from the elements. All of our products are inspected and/or end of line tested to insure a quality product and we are a ISO 9001:2015 certified company.

Our harnesses are built using the latest "state of the art" equipment. Our cut-strip-terminate machines also have the capacity to adds seals and product multi-wire assemblies in one operation to enhance our automation. These machines offer additional stations for any future needs. We have also added "state of the art" sonic welders and testing equipment.
